Programs Available within Central and Northeast Florida
Ability Housing’s Villages Program, which operates throughout Northeast and Central Florida, offers multifamily rental communities. In Jacksonville, the Housing Link program delivers permanent supportive housing for individuals with disabilities who have experienced chronic homelessness, pairing stable housing with coordinated services and community-based resources.
The CASA program further expands these efforts within the Jacksonville area by offering a network of 16 homes tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities. Residents are thoughtfully matched with two or three housemates, creating a supportive shared living environment while preserving personal independence. With rent structured based on each tenant’s income and unique circumstances, the program ensures affordability while empowering residents to live with dignity, connection, and autonomy.
