Compassionate Friends at St. Anastasia Catholic Church is a supportive fellowship group created specifically for widows and widowers who are navigating life after the loss of a spouse. The group offers a welcoming space for meaningful conversation, mutual encouragement, and the development of friendships with others who share similar experiences of grief, reflection, and transition.

Open to participants at any stage of their grief journey, the group provides a compassionate environment where individuals can find understanding, strength, and a sense of belonging. Members are encouraged to share their stories, listen to others, and build supportive connections.

Weekly Classes For Convenience

Compassionate Friends meets weekly on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the San Antonio Room at St. Anastasia. Through consistent gatherings, the program offers ongoing emotional support, peer connection, and opportunities for healing as participants walk through grief together.
