Improving Healthcare For The Uninsured

Through community partnerships, charitable donations, grants, and other funding sources, the Emmanuel Project – Northeast Florida is dedicated to improving access to healthcare for uninsured children, adults, families, and working households classified as Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed (ALICE). The organization serves individuals and families with annual household incomes of $100,000 or less by providing a range of no-cost medical and behavioral health services for eligible patients, including wellness examinations, school and sports physicals, sick visits, health education, medication management, mental health counseling and support, and pediatric consultations.

Offering Mobile Services

To eliminate transportation barriers and expand access to care, licensed healthcare professionals deliver services directly to patients through mobile medical clinics that travel throughout Northeast Florida. This innovative model ensures that individuals and families who may otherwise go without care can receive timely medical attention within their own communities.

Integrating Physical and Mental Health Services

At the heart of the Emmanuel Project’s mission is a patient-centered and community-focused approach that recognizes every patient. The organization is committed to creating a compassionate and welcoming environment where individuals are seen, heard, treated, and respected.

By integrating physical healthcare services with mental and behavioral health support, the Emmanuel Project promotes whole-person wellness and strengthens the health and resilience of the communities it serves.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to ensure that children, adults, and families receive the quality healthcare they need. We provide quality, no-cost medical care to those without medical insurance and the "working poor" who meet the income guidelines of 300% or below the poverty level per household.
