Addressing Challenges Through Free Counseling Services

The Family Link Program is a complimentary and confidential service that supports youth ages 6–17 and their families in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties. Through short-term counseling provided by licensed mental health professionals, the program helps families address challenges, including truancy, homelessness, depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other behavioral or emotional concerns.

Working Closely with Families

The program focuses on building coping skills, improving family communication, and fostering resilience in children and teens. Counselors work closely with families to develop individualized strategies that promote emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and academic success.
