Complimentary Resources for Pregnancy and Postpartum Care
Serving Clay, Baker, Northside, and St. Johns County, First Coast Women’s Services offers free, confidential services for women navigating pregnancy and postpartum needs. These services include medical-grade pregnancy testing, ultrasound confirmation, detailed information about the abortion pill, explanations of abortion procedures and aftercare, and personalized pregnancy consultations to help women explore all of their options with clarity and support.
These programs enhance women’s physical and emotional well-being by providing compassionate guidance, factual information, and a safe, judgment-free environment.
Serving as a Resource for Essentials, Education, and Transportation
Using high-quality pregnancy testing, women can verify their HCG levels, determine pregnancy viability, and receive professional guidance on their next steps. Skilled nurses or sonographers are also available to perform obstetrical ultrasounds, providing additional insight into a woman’s health and pregnancy status.
First Coast Women’s Services offers a wide range of educational opportunities, both individual and group classes, that cover topics such as sexually transmitted diseases, STD testing, abortion aftercare, and more. Women also receive support in accessing community resources and referrals, including information on WIC, Medicaid, and SNAP, helping them navigate benefits that promote nutritional, medical, and financial stability throughout pregnancy.
