Supporting Patients and the Ones Who Care for Them
With a mission to educate, support, and uplift ovarian cancer survivors and their caregivers, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) developed a unique food program. This initiative eases the daily burdens faced by patients and their loved ones by providing nutritious, ready-to-enjoy meals delivered straight to their homes, completely free of charge.
The program serves individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer, along with the caregivers who stand by their side. Each participant is eligible to receive up to 36 pre-cooked meals over six months, conveniently packaged and shipped directly to their door.
Meals arrive in three separate shipments, spaced two months apart, with each box containing 12 individually packaged meals. Once delivered, the meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days, making them both practical and flexible for daily use.
Eligibility
To participate, applicants must complete a short application form and verify that they are currently in active treatment for ovarian cancer. Once approved, they can begin receiving meals as part of this compassionate program.

Additional Programs Available Through NOCC
Peer support programs, online education programs, community education, support services, and resources are also available through the NOCC website. The NOCC Peer Groups provide free, confidential peer-to-peer support for individuals with a current or past ovarian cancer diagnosis.
Led by trained facilitators, these virtual support groups create a safe and compassionate environment where survivors can share experiences, receive encouragement, build meaningful connections, and gain emotional support throughout every stage of their cancer journey. Designed specifically for caregivers, the Caregiver Support program offers a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where participants can connect with others who share similar experiences, discuss the challenges of caregiving, and learn healthy coping strategies. Facilitated by trained professionals and support staff, the monthly online group focuses on caregiver wellbeing, emotional resilience, and peer connection. For more information, please visit here.
NOCC’s online education programs provide accessible, reliable information and support for anyone affected by ovarian cancer, including individuals who are newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, in recovery, or living as survivors. The resources are also designed for caregivers, partners, family members, friends, and anyone seeking a better understanding of ovarian cancer. Specific educational media and materials include a podcast, educational videos, blogs, and patient guides. For more information, please visit here.
