Providing Supportive Care Services For The Homeless

Offering emergency housing for individuals ages 18 to 24, the House of Hope, created by the Youth Crisis Center, provides young adults experiencing housing instability with a safe and supportive place to stay. The program offers 24-hour supervision and supportive care services designed to help residents stabilize their lives while addressing immediate needs such as shelter, safety, and access to resources.

The facility operates with the mission of helping young adults transition toward independence by assisting them in locating stable, permanent housing. Staff members work closely with residents to provide guidance, connect them with community resources, and support their personal development. Through partnerships with organizations such as Changing Homelessness, the program helps young adults identify long-term housing opportunities and build the skills necessary to maintain independent living.

Case Management and Guidance For Young Adults

In addition to housing assistance, the program focuses on supporting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of its residents. Clients may receive case management, life-skills guidance, and referrals to health and counseling services, ensuring that young adults not only have a safe place to stay but also the support needed to move toward a stable and self-sufficient future.
