Helping To Break Destructive Habits Associated With Addiction

Located at the McDuff Avenue Campus, the Lifebuilders Program at City Rescue Mission (CRM) is a rehabilitation program designed to help individuals overcome addiction, break destructive cycles, and rebuild stable, independent lives. Through this structured 18-month program, individuals receive access to case management, individual counseling, medical and dental care, life skills development, work readiness training, and spiritual guidance through Bible study and mentorship.

Participants are also encouraged to pursue educational advancement by earning a GED, completing vocational training, or obtaining college certifications and degrees to improve long-term employment opportunities and financial stability. In some cases, graduates who complete the program may also qualify for vehicle assistance to support transportation and continued independence.

Continued Encouragement Through Its Services

To ensure long-term success beyond graduation, participants can remain connected through the CRM Alumni Association, which offers continued encouragement, accountability, aftercare support, and community connection. Meeting on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m., this association empowers individuals to maintain sobriety.
