The NAMI Connection Support Group is a free and confidential peer-led group for adults aged 18 and older who are living with mental illness. The group provides a safe and judgment-free environment where participants can express their emotions, share their challenges, and develop coping strategies.
Two weekly sessions are available: one on Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 915 N. Central Ave. in Flagler Beach, and another on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at 311 N.
