The Nocatee Preserve is a 2,400-acre conservation area where visitors can enjoy a wide variety of Florida's natural beauty. On the estuary directly across from the Guana Preserve, the area features three miles of unpaved trails perfect for various outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, mountain biking, or bird watching.

 Horseback riders are welcome on the trails and can use the on-site horse washing stations. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy the opportunities for wildlife viewing along the peaceful and shaded paths.
