Companion care services include light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, home organization, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and general wellness support.
Caregivers also provide safety supervision, encourage light exercise, assist with meal planning, and engage clients in social and recreational activities such as reading, outings, games, and hobbies.
Offering Safety, Social Activities, and Personal Care
Personal care services focus on helping with daily living activities, including mobility and walking support, wheelchair assistance, hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, feeding, and specialized care for paraplegia or quadriplegia.
