Committed to the Belief That "Small Lives Matter"

Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue improves the lives of cats and kittens through resources, treatment, donations, adoption, and volunteer services. The organization focuses on rescuing cats and kittens from dire circumstances, including abuse, abandonment, and the threat of euthanasia in overcrowded shelters.

Making a Difference Through Rescue Operations and Medical Services

Their mission reflects a deep compassion for these animals and a determination to ensure they receive the care and love they deserve. One of the primary ways Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue makes an impact is through its extensive rescue operations. Once rescued, these animals receive immediate veterinary care, including vaccinations, spaying or neutering, and treatment for illnesses or injuries. In addition to direct rescue efforts, Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue finds permanent homes for the animals in its care.

The organization conducts thorough screenings of adoptive families to ensure the success of each adoption and foster long-term relationships between pets and their owners.

Supporting Animals Through Community Outreach Initiatives

Volunteers transport animals to and from veterinary appointments, participate in public relations efforts to raise awareness about the organization's mission, and engage in community outreach initiatives to educate the public about responsible pet ownership. This grassroots approach strengthens the organization's capacity to care for more animals and cultivates a sense of community among animal lovers.

Mission Statement

Kittens under eight weeks old are one of the most at-risk populations in the United States, being killed or allowed to die by the hundreds of thousands every year. Our vision is that all neonatal, sick, and other at-risk kittens are given a chance to grow and thrive through life-saving fosters and then adoption.

Join us in the fight to stop the euthanasia of orphaned kittens and share our dream that one day, animals will no longer be killed in America’s shelters. We believe all lives are important, no matter how small.
