Bringing Advanced Healthcare to a Growing Community
UF Health Durbin Park is a new healthcare destination being developed in Northeast St. Johns County to expand access to high-quality medical care in one of the region's fastest-growing areas. The 42.5-acre health and wellness campus will include a full-service hospital and a multidisciplinary medical office building, bringing hospital, specialty, diagnostic, and rehabilitation services together in one convenient location.
The five-story hospital will feature 99 inpatient beds, private patient rooms, six operating rooms, two endoscopy suites, advanced imaging, cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, and a 24-hour emergency department. The facility is scheduled to open in fall 2026.
Expanding Access to Specialized Care
UF Health Durbin Park is designed to provide patients with access to a broad range of medical specialties close to home. The adjacent medical office building will bring physicians and specialists together in areas including heart and vascular care, orthopaedics, neurology, neurosurgery, gynecology, general surgery, urology, otolaryngology, and pain management.
The campus will also provide outpatient rehabilitation, laboratory services, imaging, and other diagnostic resources, creating opportunities for patients to receive multiple aspects of their care in one location.
Providing Comprehensive Hospital Services
The new hospital will offer care for patients with both routine and complex medical needs, including emergency, acute, intensive, surgical, and specialty care. Advanced cardiac services, interventional procedures, diagnostic imaging, and other hospital-based resources will support the needs of patients throughout St. Johns County and the surrounding region.
As part of UF Health, patients at Durbin Park will also have access to the expertise and resources of one of the Southeast's leading academic healthcare systems, including opportunities for advanced treatments, research, clinical trials, and specialized care.
Investing in the Future of Healthcare
UF Health Durbin Park represents a significant investment in the future of healthcare in Northeast Florida. The campus is part of UF Health's continued expansion throughout the Jacksonville and St. Johns County region and is designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community.
In addition to expanding healthcare access, the Durbin Park campus will create new opportunities for medical education, research, employment, and collaboration between healthcare professionals and the University of Florida.
