Medical and Mental Health Services For Those In Need
The West Augustine Health and Wellness Center features strong community leadership by bringing together medical, mental health, and supportive services in one accessible location for residents who need care the most. Through a collaborative network of providers, the center delivers comprehensive healthcare that includes primary and preventive medical services, behavioral health treatment, and access to additional wellness and support resources.
In addition to clinical care, the facility also offers preventive health education, financial literacy training, and programs that help individuals and families build long-term stability and self-sufficiency, as well as access to emergency-based services when urgent needs arise. The center is supported by a partnership of respected organizations, including UF Health, EPIC Behavioral Healthcare, Wildflower Healthcare, the YMCA, and the Youth Crisis Center, creating a coordinated system of care that addresses physical health, mental wellness, youth services, and community wellbeing.

EPIC Behavioral Healthcare provides person-centered mental health and substance use services, including crisis intervention, outpatient counseling, psychiatric care, and medication-assisted treatment.
- WILDFLOWER HEALTHCARE
Wildflower Healthcare offers compassionate medical and dental care to underserved and uninsured residents of St. Johns County, focusing on improving access to health services. The clinic offers primary care for acute and chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, preventive screenings, women’s health services, vision care, and a smoking cessation program, along with dental services, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and dentures when available.
