Equipping Individuals With Education and Training

Through education and strategic partnerships with local businesses and community organizations, the City Rescue Mission Workforce Development Program equips individuals with the practical skills needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve long-term financial stability. Participants receive support through workforce training, career development, financial planning education, tutoring, and life skills instruction tailored to individual goals and abilities.
 
The program also focuses on enhancing communication, problem-solving, time management, professionalism, and job retention skills to prepare students for today’s workforce.
